QIGONG × PILATES

Ancient wisdom, measured.

We didn't invent acupressure. We tested it — then built a mat around what actually helped people feel better.

We believe movement is not just about muscles and form — it's about energy, awareness, and how the body feels from the inside out.

Pilates teaches control.
THE MODERN PRECISION

Pilates teaches control.

Control, alignment and strength — the discipline of precise, intentional movement that builds a body that's stable, mobile and strong from the inside out.

  • Core stability and alignment
  • Strength through control, not strain
  • Breath that steadies the whole body
Qi teaches flow.
THE ANCIENT WISDOM

Qi teaches flow.

For thousands of years, meridian therapy and reflexology have worked with the energy that moves through the body. Gentle pressure on these points is designed to invite a relaxation response — a calmer nervous system, easier breath, better rest.

  • Meridian lines — the body's energy pathways
  • Reflexology — pressure that helps you unwind
  • A daily practice, not a quick fix
QILATES = Qigong × Pilates. Breath and structure, in one mat.
HOW IT WORKS

Why ten quiet minutes change how you feel

Four gentle mechanisms, one intuitive surface — this is what's happening while you simply lie back and breathe.

Fascia Release
Factor 01

Fascia Release

As you lie back, rounded points press gently and evenly along your spine — coaxing the tight, ropey tissue that stiffens from sitting to soften and let go. It's the release your back has been asking for.

Schleip, R., et al. (2012). "Fascia as a proprioceptive organ: a narrative review." Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies, 16(4), 496-502.
Meridian Activation
Factor 02

Meridian Activation

28 rounded points line up with the pressure points running down your back — the ones your body holds tension in. Your own body weight does the work, easing that built-up tightness so energy can move freely again.

Grounding & Balance
Factor 03

Grounding & Balance

The Reflexology Zone creates gentle sensory pressure beneath your feet — inviting awareness, balance and a grounded connection to your body.

Wang, M. Y., et al. (2015)."The Effects of Foot Reflexology on Anxiety, Pain, and Neural Responses: A Systematic Review." Complementary Therapies in Medicine, 23(2), 260-268.
Nervous System Reset
Factor 04

Nervous System Reset

The Infinity Meditation Zone uses concentric grooves to guide tactile awareness, calming the nervous system and preparing the body for deep rest or focused movement.

Jessica Zong
MEET THE FOUNDER

At 16, acne stole my confidence. I spent my school days with my head down, avoiding conversations, avoiding mirrors.

But I refused to just mask the symptoms. I wanted to understand the root cause — so I spent my weekends buried in medical books at the library, and fell in love with the logic of Traditional Chinese Medicine along the way. That curiosity never left me. I went on to study acupoints and acupuncture, learning to read the body as a system rather than a set of isolated problems.

Years later, that same fascination with the body led me to become a certified Pilates instructor. Today, I bridge that ancient wisdom with modern movement science.

My mission is simple: make self-care effortlessly accessible — so anyone, anywhere, can restore their body, release fascial tension, and heal from the our “MAGIC MAT”
