Move with Qi
A gentle standing flow of Qigong and Pilates to loosen the shoulders, spine and legs. Perfect for mornings or after long sitting.
Your Qi Mat travels rolled up, so a gentle curve is normal at first. Lay it flat for 24 hours and it relaxes back into shape — then leave it out as part of your space, so your daily dose of Vitamin Qi is always within reach.
