Vitamin Qi

The daily dose your body has been missing.

Qi

/ chee /noun

The vital energy your body runs on — the flow behind every breath, step and stretch. When it runs low, you feel it as stiffness, fatigue and stress.

No pill. No capsule. Just practice.

10 minutes on the mat.

A new kind of mat

The acupressure mat you can move on.

Rounded star points instead of sharp spikes — gentle enough to stretch, bridge and flow on, every day.

The Qi Mat

Lie, move, stand and sit — on one mat.

The Vitamin Qi way

Not a pill. Not a capsule. A daily practice.

Your daily dose of Vitamin Qi doesn’t come in a bottle — it begins with you.

Meet your everyday acupressure and recovery mat, made for the moments your body asks for a little extra care. After a workout, between meetings or before bed, take ten minutes to reconnect through acupressure, breath and mindful movement.

Move when you need to move. Rest when you need to recover. And let caring for your body become a ritual you return to, day after day.

Small doses. Meaningful rituals. A more connected you.

  1. 01Your recovery ritual

After a workout or a long day, give yourself a moment to unwind. Let the mat’s rounded acupressure points become part of how you recover and relax.

  2. 02Ten minutes, just for you

No complicated routines. Just ten minutes to pause, breathe, stretch or rest — in the morning, after training, between meetings or before bed.

  3. 03Made for the long run

Consistency over intensity. From movement to recovery, build a daily ritual that keeps you connected to your body and makes room for well-being over time.

More than an acupressure mat

One mat. Lie, move, stand, sit.

Rounded star points mapped to your head, spine and feet — gentle enough to move on, every day, ten minutes at a time.

  1. Lie on itAnytime · 10 min

Rest the back of your head on the swirl and let the first stars meet the base of your skull. Breathe slowly — ten minutes and the day loosens its grip on your back and neck.

  2. Move on itPilates · stretching

Bridges, cat-cow, gentle Pilates. Rounded points mean you can actually move on this acupressure mat — the press follows you through every rep.

  3. Stand on itMorning · 3 min

Step on barefoot before coffee, or slide it under your standing desk. The foot zone wakes up your soles — we call it the barefoot espresso.

  4. Sit on itEvening · 10 min

Sit on the swirl, cross your legs and slow your breath. Let your Qi settle before sleep.

How to lie on it

Find your star.

Most people lie too high or too low. The first pair of stars on the Qi Mat is placed for the two soft hollows at the base of your skull. Drag her up or down, or use the slider, until they meet.

Too high

Slide down a little. Right now the stars sit under your neck, below the hollows.

  2. 2Find your star

Lie back and slide until the two hollows under your skull rest on the first pair of stars.

  3. 3Breathe for 10 minutes

Let your head be heavy. The swirl cradles the back of your head; the stars meet your neck.

Why the first star?

In traditional Chinese wellness practice, the hollows at the base of the skull are called Fengchi (GB20), a point often pressed to ease a tight neck after long screen days. The Qi Mat's first stars are spaced so both hollows land on them when you lie at the right height.

Why it's different

Acupressure mats in different formats.

Spiked mats ask you to lie still. Yoga mats let you move but don't press back. The Qi Mat does both, with points placed for your head, spine and feet.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered

Does it hurt? Is it spiky?+

No — rounded, dome-shaped touch-points, never sharp spikes. The first minute may feel intense, then settles into a warm, pleasant pressure. Use a thin shirt at first if you like.

How do I lie on it correctly?+

Sit at the swirl end, lie back, and slide until the two soft hollows at the base of your skull rest on the first pair of stars. See Find your star →

Can I really move on an acupressure mat?+

Yes. Our points are rounded stars instead of sharp spikes, so you can do bridges, cat-cow, gentle Pilates and stretches on it — and still feel the press.

How is it different from a regular acupressure mat?+

It's an acupressure mat and a yoga mat in one: rounded points you can move on, zones mapped to your head, spine and feet, and a 10-minute daily ritual built around Vitamin Qi.

How long until I feel something?+

Many people feel a warm, relaxed glow in the first session. For the calming benefits, a daily 10–20 minute habit works best.

How do I use it?+

Lie, sit or stand on the mat for 10–20 minutes. Foot zone in the morning, spine after moving, ∞ zone before bed.

Who should take care?+

If you're pregnant, or have a bleeding, circulatory, heart or skin condition, check with your doctor first. It's a wellness product, not a medical device.
